The SIH Scholarship Program brings together college scholarship money with hands-on work opportunities. Qualified applicants are eligible for money to cover tuition, lab fees, books and educational supplies.

Nursing Scholarships

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Program (BSN): SIH will offer assistance for an employee’s final 2 years or less of their BSN program. When an employee is entering their last one to two years of their BSN program, they are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The amount of scholarship assistance will be based upon the amount of their BSN program and the amount deducted from tuition assistance received.

Master’s degree in Nursing Program (MSN): SIH will offer assistance for an employee’s final 2 years or less of their MSN program. When an employee is entering their last one to two years of their MSN program, they are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Employees are also eligible to utilize the SIH Tuition Assistance program and also receive scholarship assistance. Each semester, the employee will turn in their tuition statement and book fees to the Employment department. They will turn in the SIH tuition assistance form to their designated Human Resources department. The amount of scholarship assistance will be based upon the amount of their MSN program and the amount deducted from tuition assistance received.

**The amount of each scholarship is dependent upon the cost of the educational program. The amount of funding available in the SIH Scholarship fund.
**The length of the scholarship agreement is dependent upon the amount awarded to the employee.

Physical Therapy Scholarship

The DPT scholarship is available to SIH employees and non employees. The student must show proof that they are in their professional phase of the DPT program (final two years to complete) in order to apply. The funding available for the DPT scholarships will offer financial assistance to the student each semester until they complete their program. Students are encouraged to look into other options of funding, as this is not a full scholarship.

**The amount of the DPT scholarship is dependent upon the amount awarded to the student. Deadline to apply for the scholarship programs listed above is May 1st of each year.
