Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

COVID-19 Testing Locations

SIH has two drive-through testing sites. SIH Urgent Care in Marion and the former Region’s Bank building at Rt. 13 and Poplar in Carbondale. Both are open seven days a week.

  • SIH Employees who are self-scheduling need to contact OHS office at 618-457-5200 ext.67828.
  • Medicare Patients: Please contact the SIH COVID Hotline at 1-844-988-7800 for assistance in scheduling a testing appointment and review of insurance coverage.
  • Please bring your photo ID (driver’s license, state issued ID) and your insurance card when presenting for your appointment at the drive through.
